MY CHARITABLE GIVING PROGRAM
I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work full-time in a business that I love, and enjoy the benefits of helping others through buying and selling homes. Whether it’s the excitement of buying a first home, joys of expanding as your family grows, building your dream home, or new adventures in downsizing when the time is right for your family, I love playing a small part in making someone’s dream come true.

It is also important to me to give back to the community that gives me the opportunity to do this every day. Kansas City is home to many important causes, and my family and I have narrowed down our local giving to three causes that are particularly special to us.
As a client of mine, after we close on your sale or purchase, I will donate $100 to one of my three chosen causes in recognition of you and your business. You have the opportunity to choose which of these causes resonates most with you, and I will make my donation in your name. This is one way I can say thank you for your business.
The Children's Place
Children who have experienced trauma
The Children’s Place is a nurturing and healing place for young children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and other traumas.

Why it's important to me : In too many cases, children are the innocent victims of unfortunate circumstances. They are the most vulnerable of our society and I want to see them all have the opportunity for a safe, healthy, happy life.
The Humane Society
Shelter dogs and cats
Heart of America Humane Society is a 100% volunteer organization working to find good homes for dogs and cats.

Why it's important to me : We have had the absolute pleasure of owning four rescue dogs. These are the most wonderful, loving animals and are helpless in their circumstances. I want to see them all find a loving home where they can bring joy to their humans every day!

Speak Up Foundation
Suicide prevention and mental health awareness
Speak Up provides education and awareness of mental illness, bridging the gaps between communities, schools & parents.

Why it's important to me : A dear friend of mine suffered the devastating loss of her daughter by suicide. Through this experience, I learned a lot about mental illnesses, including depression, and how it affects teens and young adults. I want everyone to have the resources they need when struggling.
